Uses
A great addition to sweet dishes. Try in fresh fruit salad or add to ice-ream and sorbet for a dessert with a difference. Rockmelon microgreen also works well as a balancing agent in salads and shines as a garnish in savoury meals.
Appearance
Large paired, lobe shape green leaves on pale stems.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Rockmelon should be consumed within 10 days from packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use
