- 200 grams packet Flowerdale Farm Mache Rosettes, plugs removed
- 1 tablespoon(s) wholegrain mustard
- 1 pinch(es) salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 0.5 cup(s) crushed walnuts
- 0.25 cup(s) red wine vinegar
- 150 grams Danish feta, crumbled
- 8 Flowerdale Farm French Breakfast Radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Method
- Combine red wine vinegar and sugar in a small bowl and stir until dissolved.
- Add radish slices and sit to marinate for 30 minutes. Remove radishes from the vinegar and whisk together the vinegar mixture, mustard, oil and salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl toss the mache, radish slices and walnuts with the vinegar dressing until lightly coated and well combined.
- Assemble the salad on a serving plate with the croutons and crumbled feta, and serve immediately.
