- 15 mL Dry Vermouth
- 4 teaspoon(s) Pickled Samphire Brine
- 3 Stems of Pickled Samphire
Method
- Mix the gin, dry vermouth and brine from the pickled samphire together, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Place 3 stems of pickled samphire into cocktail glass.
- Strain martini into glass. Enjoy!
