For 4 people
- 500 mL Pineapple Jucie
- 125 mL White Rum
- 125 mL Coconut Cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) Grated Palm Sugar
- 2 cup(s) Crushed Ice
- 1 Pink Pirouette Fuchsia Flower
Method
- Place pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream, palm sugar and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fill 4 cocktail glasses with crushed ice. Pour drink evenly into each glass.
- Garnish with a floating fuchsia.
