- 137 grams Organic Raw Whole Almonds
- 60 grams Organic Coconut Nectar
- 30 grams Organic Coconut Oil
- 30 grams Organic raw cacao powder
- 4 drop(s) Peppermint Oil
- 1 pinch(es) Addittional raw cacao powder for dusting
Method
- Using a food processor blitz almonds until they resemble almond meal. Add in cacao powder and blitz for a further 10 seconds.
- Keep your food processor powered on a slow speed and slowly add coconut oil to your mixture. Once this has combined add coconut nectar and peppermint oil, slowly mixing. Allow mixture to combine until it forms a large mass in the food processor.
- Weigh out your mixture into 25g truffles and roll into balls. Refridgerate for 1 hour. Remove truffles and lightly dust with cacao powder. Roll the lightly dusted truffles in the palm of your hands so the cacao powder is semi blended
