Endless uses. Stir into soups, curries, pastas, risottos and egg dishes. Combines well with chicken, lamb, beef, pork, prawn, fish and cheeses. Enjoy wilted, sautéed and steamed. Terrific in salads and wraps.

Vibrant green, soft, tender, flat, spade-shaped leaves.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Salad Mixes between 1-7 degrees C. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
