Uses
Microgreen Celery pairs well with meat and fish. Add to salad mixes and soups or use as a delicious garnish with flavour.
Appearance
Green feathery leaves with small, slender cotyledon leaves midway along a thin, green stem.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Celery should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
Health Benefits
Microgreen Celery contains vitamins A, B, C, and E in addition to calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.
