Uses
Popular in Indian cuisine, Microgreen chickpea tendrils add substance to salads, vegetables and meat dishes. They combine well with asparagus and are a great garnish for a range of savoury meals.
Appearance
Sprouted chickpeas with small feathery leaves on either side of the stem.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Chickpea should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
