Uses
A terrific inclusion in soups, salads and sandwiches. Add to meat, roasted vegetables, pasta, and risotto or as a topping on gourmet pizza.
Appearance
Striking long, thin, green, cylindrical blade with black seed still attached to its tip.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Chive should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
