Micro Coriander
Intense aromatic coriander flavour with slight anise and pepper notes.
They say good things come in small packages and this is certainly the case with Microgreen Coriander. It delivers a more intense flavour than the adult plant, with a soft, supple texture and signature aroma.

Product Details
Uses
Delicious in Indian and Asian meals and a staple in salsa and salads. Add to chicken, beef and vegetable dishes. Use as a garnish that zings with flavour.
Appearance
Long slender leaves which occasionally have a spherical brown coriander seed attached at the tip.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Coriander should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
Health Benefits
Microgreen Coriander is rich in anti-oxidants and dietary fibre. It contains folic-acid, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamins C, A, and K.
