Fresh crunchy, nutty, pea-like, earthy and rich.

The powerful taste combination of Mung, Lentil and Adzuki feature in this delicious mix. More than a mere garnish, Flowerdale Farm’s Crunchy Combo does, as the name suggests, add crunch in its raw form. Although it can be cooked, the flavours are bolder and more tantalising in its fresh state.

Uses

Use where a hint of sweetness and fresh crunch will add another sensory dimension to a dish. Adds substance to salads and wraps, compliments meat dishes and soups.

Appearance

A combination of green mung beans, red / orange lentils and red / brown adzuki beans all sprouted with a short white tail.

Storage

To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Crunchy Combo between 1-4 degrees C. Crunchy Combo sprouts should be consumed within 15 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Health Benefits

This fresh sprout blend is an excellent source of fibre, protein, iron and folate. It also contains manganese, phosphorus, potassium and vitamin B and C.
