Uses
Use Microgreen Dandelion to liven up cream and cheese sauces, casseroles, pasta dishes or soups. It is also a great accompaniment to salads, grains and pulses.
Appearance
Flat, wide, green leaf blades.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Dandelion should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
