Uses
Steaming and roasting brings out the best flavour. Combine with fresh or smoked seafood, mixed roast vegetables, add to pastas or make a colourful salad with apple, walnut and goats cheese.

Round, pale, orange root with variegated golden-orange flesh.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm’s Baby Golden Beet between 1-20 degrees C.Product should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
