Uses
Excellent when blended in salads with other sprouts or on sandwiches. Enhances fish and seafood and makes memorable hors d’oeuvres.
Appearance
Paired, deep green, heart-shaped leaves on pale stems with pink hues.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Green Radish should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
