Uses

A wonderful addition to salads, pasta, meat and fish dishes.  Microgreen Green Shiso can also add flavour to risotto and egg dishes or as a unique pizza topping.

Appearance

Resembles stinging nettle leaves with a furry surface and pale-pink stems.

Storage

To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C.  Microgreen Green Shiso should be consumed within 10 days of packing.  Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Microgreen Green Shiso contains calcium, iron, potassium, fibre and vitamins A and C.
