Product Details
Uses
Packed full of antioxidants, add to juices, salads and sandwiches. Add flavour in cream soups, use as a topping for cheese dishes or as a garnish for meals which require a fresh look and taste.
Appearance
Bright green sprout heads on a pale green feathery strand.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Just Broccoli Sprouts between 1-4 degrees C. Sprouts should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
Health Benefits
Broccoli sprouts are rich in vitamins C, A and K. They also contain folic acid, calcium, fibre, potassium, magnesium, zinc and selenium.
