A member of the mint family, Microgreen Lemon Balm has a delicate citrus flavour and scent.
The same compounds found in citrus fruit provide the lemony scent and flavour of this herb. Lemon Balm adds a freshness and zest to sweet and savoury dishes.

Uses
Microgreen Lemon Balm can be used to flavour ice-cream and sorbet, herbal teas, iced drinks and fresh fruit salad. Its citrus flavour is also the ideal addition to soups, salads, chicken and fish dishes, vinegars, oils and as flavouring in herb butters.
Appearance
Strawberry-leaf appearance with dark green fury surface and serrated edges.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Lemon Balm should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
