Uses
The perfect salad base. Use is limited only by your imagination. Add strips of chicken, pork or beef or try mango, walnut and blue cheese for a unique mix of flavours. Works well in sandwiches, wraps and focaccia.

A variety of small, young salad leaves ranging in colour and texture.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Salad Mixes between 1-7 degrees C. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
