Uses
Popular in Middle Eastern or Asian dishes and a traditional accompaniment to roast lamb. Microgreen Mint also shines in sweet dishes including biscuits, ice cream and chocolate. Use it to create refreshing drinks, sauces, marinades and dressings.
Appearance
Oval shaped bright green leaves with serrated edges on thin stems.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Mint should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
