Product Details
Uses
Well suited as an ingredient in sushi rolls and seafood dishes. Microgreen Mustard Cress combines well with egg, potato and sautéed vegetables. It is a great addition to salads and sandwiches.
Appearance
Tiny, paired wing-shaped, green cotyledon leaves on white furry stem.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Mustard Cress should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
