Petite Crimson Elk Foliette is very adaptable with a wide range of savoury applications. Use to add zest to pasta and seafood or a fresh spicy flavour with perfect presentation to red and white meat dishes.
Appearance
This finely serrated two-tone leaf with crimson frill and green stalk.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Foliette between 1-5 degrees C. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
