Purple Shiso Foliette is fantastic in Asian-fusion with its strong, sweet, spicy flavour. It combines well with seafood, sushi and sashimi and can also be added to drinks for a unique sweet taste. A stunning statement leaf to deliver perfectly plated dishes, with authentic flavour.

Vibrantly coloured purple to maroon leaves with green highlights and serrated edges.

To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Foliette between 1-5 degrees C. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
