Uses
Add to rice and pasta dishes. Microgreen Purple Basil is also terrific in sauces, salads and soups or as a beautiful garnish to complete your meal.
Appearance
Flat, fan-shaped, deep-purple leaves with pale purple stems. Occasional green leaves in the crop.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Microgreen Purple Basil between 7-20 degrees C. Microgreens should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
