Product Details
Uses
Create a delicious fresh bed for meat dishes and oven roasted or grilled vegetables. Add to salads, sandwiches and wraps. Use as a topping for soups and stews.
Appearance
Clover-green, butterfly-shaped leaves with slender, pale purple / red stems.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Red Cabbage should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Microgreen Red Cabbage contains vitamins A, B, C, E and K, as well as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.
