Uses

Used fresh, they add crunch and a crisp twist to Middle Eastern food and blend beautifully into casseroles, soups, meal bases, dips and wraps.

Appearance

Orange / red round lentil heads with short, white sprout tails.

Storage

To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Red Lentil Sprouts between 1-4 degrees C.  Sprouts should be consumed within 15 days of packing.  Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Health Benefits

Red Lentil Sprouts are a very good source of fibre, folic acid, manganese, iron and protein.  They also contain phosphorus, copper, vitamin B and potassium.
