A selection of specially cultivated Geranium varieties, Regal Gem is a cheerful flower with an open-faced bloom that will enhance any plate with vibrant colour and a lively flavour. Use as the whole flower or individual petals.

Uses
A fresh finish to sweet dishes. Add to desserts; dress up ice cream and sorbets. Perfect as a topping for cup-cakes and baked goods.
Appearance
Varied, from dainty stems of four round delicate petals to a mass of large solid colour petals.
Colours: Available in varied tones of red, white, pink and lilac.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Edible Flowers between 1-5 degrees C.
