Brilliant addition to mixed greens, pastas and fruit salads. Use Sapphire Buttons as a unique ingredient for sweet sauces, chocolate mousse, apple cake and biscuits.
Appearance
A dense mass of tongue-like petals emanating from a deep purple centre.
Colours: Vivid blue.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Edible Flowers between 1-5 degrees C.
