Uses
Ideal for dessert applications. The sweet clove flavour beautifully complements cake, chocolate, hazelnut, nuts, icecream and sorbet. Separate petals to scatter though salads, ice drinks, cocktails or to use in infusions.
Appearance
Large bloom with a multitude of ruffled petals. Colour range from magenta and pink to white.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Edible Flowers between 1-5 degrees C.
