Uses
Use as a substitute to orange carrots in a wide range of applications. Enjoy raw in salads or as a garnish. Enhance their sweetness with cooking. Serve sautéed whole, or pureed as a side dish or unique plate element.
Appearance
Firm pale white juvenile carrots.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Baby White Carrots between 1-20 degrees C. Product should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
