Rare Roast Beef and Garlic Alfalfa Bagel

  • 125 grams punnet Flowerdale Farm Alfalfa and Garlic Sprouts
  • 4 fresh white bagels
  • 1 pinch(es) Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Horseradish cream
  • 0.5 a red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200 grams rare roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 butter lettuce, leaves separated and rinsed

Adjust Quantity


  1. Slice bagels in half and spread top halves with horseradish cream.
  2. Top the base of the bagels with lettuce leaves, rare roast beef slices, onion and alfalfa.
  3. Season with salt and freshly cracked pepper then top with the other half of the bagel. Enjoy!
