Uses
Jerusalem Artichokes can be boiled, steamed, marinated or fried. They are often used as a substitute to potato and are an interesting addition to stews and Mediterranean dishes.
Appearance
Elongated, uneven, long roots which are pale brown / white.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm products between 1-5 degrees C. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
