Uses

Putting a crunch where it’s needed. A great addition to Asian dishes, spring rolls and stir fries.  Combine with beef, fish, rice, noodles or egg.  

Appearance

Green outer shell with a smooth pale centre and short sprout tail.

Storage

To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Mung Bean Sprouts between 1-4 degrees C.  Sprouts should be consumed within 15 days of packing.  Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Health Benefits

Sprouted Mung Beans are high in protein, vitamin C, folate, iron and zinc. They also contain potassium, magnesium, copper, manganese, phosphorus and thiamine.
