Ingredients
For 4 people
- 500 grams Greek feta
- 1.5 kilo(s) watermelon
- 1 tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 1 punnet Flowerdale Farm Mustard Cress Microgreens
- 1 lime's worth of lime juice
- 150 grams pumpkin seeds
Method
- In a warm fry pan lightly toast the pumpkin seeds until golden.
- Cube the watermelon and feta into 5cm cubes and arrange together on a serving plate. Sprinkle over pumpkin seeds and Flowerdale Farm Mustard Cress.
- Then, drizzle with lime juice and oil. Serve immediately.
