Ingredients
For 6 people
- 1 Bottle Red Wine (use cabernet sauvignon, merlot or shiraz)
- 0.25 cup(s) Brandy
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Oranges
- 1 Lemon (thinly sliced)
- 3 cup(s) Lemonade
- 1 Punnet Sapphire Button Cornflowers
- 1 cup(s) Ice Cubes (to serve)
Method
- Pluck petals off each cornflower and place in a large jug. Add wine, brandy and cinnamon and stir to combine. Refridgerate overnight to allow the flavours to develop.
- Juice 1 orange. Halve and thinly slice remaining orange. Add orange juice, orange slices and lemon slices to wine mixture. Top up with lemonade. Stir to combine.
- Serve over ice. Enjoy!
