Uses
Add to soups, salads and sandwiches to experience the intense spicy taste. Adds visual interest and flavour as a garnish for meats, fish and seafood.
Appearance
Small thick, waxy, purple, butterfly-shaped leaves with pink stems.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Red Radish should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
