Uses
Serve raw as hors d'oeuvres dressed with a little salt and butter. Delicious served whole for dipping. Add to rolls and sandwiches or sauté them for a beautiful rich flavour. Leaves are also edible and can be used to create striking vinaigrettes.
Appearance
Petite, elongated, red-skinned radish with a white tip at the root end.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm’s French Breakfast Radish between 1-20 degrees C. Product should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
