Uses

Lift the ordinary into the extraordinary with these tasty culinary highlights. Use as a great bedding for light canapés or as a fresh lift for deep fried food.  An ideal salad base which can comfortably carry a light dressing or even fish.

Appearance

A mix of crisp snow pea stalks, laced alfalfa strands and soft-centred sprouted lentils

Storage

To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm shoots between 1-4 degrees C.  Gourmet Sprouts should be consumed within 14 days of packing.  Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Health Benefits

This blend is high in protein and provides a good source of calcium vitamin B1, C, and niacin.  Rich in fibre, folate magnesium and iron.
