Uses
Works beautifully in a mixture of salad greens. Can be used as flavouring for savoury dishes. Also great as a crisp clean accompaniment to soft cheeses and fruits.
Appearance
Flat, bright-green, oval-shaped velvety leaves in rosette-like groups on pale stems.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Mache should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
