Ingredients
For 4 people
- 3 tablespoons whole-egg mayonnaise
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper or to taste
- 0.5 roast chicken, shredded
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 punnet of Flowerdale Farm Broccoli Alfalfa
- 8 slices fresh rye bread
Method
- Mix together shredded chicken, mayonnaise and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread chicken mixture over half the bread, top with Flowerdale Farm Alfalfa Broccoli and assemble sandwiches.
- Remove crusts, slice sandwiches into three equal lengths and serve.
