  • 1 punnet of Flowerdale Farm Broccoli Alfalfa
  • 8 slices fresh rye bread
  • 3 tablespoons whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper or to taste
  • 0.5 roast chicken, shredded
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced

Method

  1. Mix together shredded chicken, mayonnaise and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread chicken mixture over half the bread, top with Flowerdale Farm Alfalfa Broccoli and assemble sandwiches.
  3. Remove crusts, slice sandwiches into three equal lengths and serve.
