Uses
Use as a clustered topping to sandwiches or a flavour source for lightly dressed dishes. Reliable and dependable as a staple in stir fries, noodle and rice dishes.
Appearance
Fresh white, firm stems with small yellow sprout leaves.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Bean Shoots between 1-4 degrees C. Shoots should be consumed within 9 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Bean Shoots are high in vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K. They also contain folic acid and are an excellent source of iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and zinc.
