The leaf of the Nasturtium plant, Green Empress has a spicy, peppery taste which is ideal for adding zing to summer salads. This large leaf is also highly decorative and can be used as a base for dramatic entrees.

Product Details
Uses
Terrific in salads and as a garnish for savoury soups. Use as a bed to create unique hors d’oeuvres, canapés and charcuterie. Its spicy flavour combines well with pâté, terrines and soft cheeses.
Appearance
Large, round, broad leaves with lightly ruffled edges and white veins.
Colours: varied dark and brighttones of green, some with white varegations.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Edible Leaves between 1-5 degrees C.

Punnets: Tamper evident punnets provide long shelf life and easy-to-use convenience for individual retail customers and wholesale clients.
Wholesale Boxes: Mixed boxes containing 12 punnets of different edible flower varieties are perfect for providores, greengrocers or foodservice.
