Uses
Use Microgreen Chard to liven up salads, add to sautéed vegetables, include as an addition to lasagne, pasta, quiche, soups or sandwiches.
Appearance
Tender, narrow, red stems with vivid green, slender leaves.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Chard should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
