Also known as Perilla or Beef-Steak Plant, Microgreen Green Shiso is a versatile savoury herb that pairs well with Asian dishes and can be used in place of basil for a more exotic twist.

fingerlimesAfter a late start due to weather events, we are excited that the Finger Lime season is now in full swing! Native Finger Limes are a sensational ingredient which is appearing on the menus of leading restaurants throughout Australia and internationally. And they are so easy to use! The small, finger sized fruits have a unique edible pulp that resembles a dense mass of individual pearl-like cells. When bitten, these caviar-like pearls burst open providing an intense infusion of wild, tangy lime flavour.

Finger Limes are the ideal accompaniment to any seafood dish including crayfish, grilled salmon, oysters or seared scallops. Finger Limes combine well with chicken, mango, chilli, ginger, avocado, melon and alcoholic spirits.
