The beauty of this variety is on the inside. Under the pale outer skin is a flesh which ranges from white to bright pink. Milder than other radishes, Petite Watermelon Radish has a hint of peppery spice with a surprisingly sweet note. As heat will destroy some of the radish's vibrant colour we recommend Petite Watermelon Radish is best served raw. Make a statement in salads, open sandwiches and with cheeses and hors d'oeuvres for maximum impact. Season: October - May.
