These elegant pale stems have developed an intense snow pea flavour which zings with every bite and pumps a green, grassy flavour. As with mature snow peas, there are ‘strings attached’ – a fibrous thread running the length of the shoot defining it as a true snow pea.

Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm shoots between 1-4 degrees C. Snow Pea Shoots should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
