Sized between a microgreen leaf and a baby salad leaf, our Foliette is grown hydroponically to ensure a consistently delicate flavour and hand cut so that every leaf is exquisite. Foliette is the Leaf of the Moment, ideal when you need a slightly larger leaf to add perfection to your plate.
