Rockmelon Microgreen

rockmelon microgreenAnother innovation from the team at Flowerdale Farm! Grown from the seeds of rockmelon (cantaloupe) this sweet and fruity microgreen has an aromatic, juicy melon flavour. This new microgreen is a great addition to sweet dishes. Try in fresh fruit salad or add to ice-ream and sorbet for a dessert with a difference. Rockmelon microgreen also works well as a balancing agent in salads and shines as a garnish in savoury meals.

The Flowerdale Farm microgreen range is available in open pots and living top seal punnets.
